Prices, shipping costs
For orders placed in our online shop, the prices listed in the offer at the time of ordering apply. The prices shown are total prices, meaning they include the applicable German statutory value-added tax and all other price components.
Details regarding any additional shipping costs can be found in the shop's information.
For deliveries outside of Germany, additional costs may arise upon import into a third country (customs duties, any applicable customs fees, and import VAT). These additional costs are to be borne by the customer.

Payment, delivery
We offer the following payment options:
- Prepayment / bank transfer
You will receive the bank transfer details after placing your order.
- Payment by direct debit or SEPA basic direct debit
Payment will be collected via SEPA direct debit from your bank account within 14 days. You will be informed of the debit date on our invoice. The pre-notification period for the debit date is reduced to 5 days. This option is only available for current accounts held in Germany. In any case, you have five working days from the invoice date to review the invoice and ensure sufficient funds are available.
- Purchase on account
Purchasing on account is only possible from the second order onwards. This requires that all previous invoices have been paid. Payment is due within ten (10) days without deductions; the invoice will be issued with the delivery.
- PayPal
You pay the invoice amount via the online payment provider PayPal. You must be registered with PayPal or register first, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction to us (guest access may be possible). Further instructions on how to access the payment provider's page will be provided during the ordering process. Please also note that shipping to a parcel locker via PayPal is not possible.
- Cash payment upon self-collection
You have the option of collecting your order from us in St. Blasien during the following business hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Please inform us at least two working days before your collection date so that we can prepare the goods from our warehouse and a contact person will be available.
We use DHL, Deutsche Post, and GLS for both standard mail and freight shipments. Deliveries to P.O. boxes or poste restante addresses are not possible. We also cannot deliver to parcel lockers. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery by freight carrier will be made to the first lockable door at the delivery address provided by the customer. You will receive a notification from us when the goods have left our warehouse. If delivery was unsuccessful, you will receive a notification from the carrier outlining further options.
The obligation to deliver is waived if we ourselves are not supplied correctly and on time, and the lack of availability is not our fault. In the event of the goods being unavailable, we will inform you immediately and any advance payment will be refunded without delay.
The delivery time will be extended appropriately in the event of strikes and lockouts affecting delivery, as well as other circumstances beyond our control, particularly in cases of delivery delays due to force majeure. We will inform the buyer immediately of the beginning and end of such obstacles.
In the case of business transactions, the risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon handover, or, in the case of shipment, upon delivery of the goods to the carrier or other person or institution designated to carry out the shipment.
