soap mold for soap making

Our sturdy molds made of hard plastic are particularly suitable for pouring soap. Whether opaque or transparent soaps, there are no limits. They are available in different shapes and sizes. They can also be used multiple times.

Two molds are 5 cm in diameter and 2.5 cm high; each mold holds 48 g of soap.
Each mold has a diameter of 4.5 cm and can hold 36 g of soap.
Each mold has a diameter of 5.5 cm and a height of 2.5 cm; 52 g of soap fits into the mold.
Each mold is 6 cm in diameter and 2.5 cm high and can hold 62 g of soap.

Processing:

1st Cut the desired amount of transparent or opaque glycerine soap into small pieces and melt in a suitable container in the microwave for approx. 30-45 seconds or in a water bath.

Do not overheat!

Caution: Risk of scalding. Stir the glycerine soap well.

2nd Add fragrance oils or colorants as desired.

3. Pour the liquid soap into the desired mold.

Tip: First decorate the molds with decorative motifs (e.g. small figures, dried leaves, etc.) and then fill them with glycerine soap. Layered pouring is possible.

When using a relief insert: Place the relief insert with the flat side in the middle of the soap molds so that the ornaments can be seen from above.

4th Allow the soap to cool, then place it in the fridge for 30 minutes to make it easier to remove the soap from the mould. Then turn the soap mould over and squeeze the soap pieces onto a kitchen paper towel.

When using a relief insert: carefully lift the relief insert with the tip of a knife and pull it off. Remove any traces of foam that may have formed on the back with a knife or kitchen paper.
