Chamomile is one of the most popular medicinal plants in Europe and is rightly used by many people for a wide variety of ailments. It is a true all-rounder.

A chamomile steam bath helps with sinusitis, a stuffy nose, impure skin and acne. For such a steam bath, a strong chamomile tea is prepared in a bowl. After placing the bowl on the table (on a heat-resistant surface), sit in front of it and bend over it. Then cover your head and bowl with a large towel to catch the steam. Inhale the steam for 10-15 minutes, then dry your face.
