
Pumpkin Risotto with Chanterelles
Finely seasoned pumpkin and chanterelle risotto with Arborio rice from the Italian Po Valley, which develops its typical creamy consistency when cooked. Refined with fennel, basil and chives, it's a real treat for the palate!
2-3 portions / 4 side dishes - cooking time 20 min.
Preparation: Season with salt and spices. Put 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, add the contents of the packet while heating, stir briefly with the oil until it smells slightly. Then pour in 800 ml of water, bring to the boil and cook covered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Our recommendation: Cook with 400ml water & 400ml white wine (or another water-white wine ratio). Or refine with 50-100g Parmesan & a dash of Crema di Balsamico. Enjoy!
