

Mango Madras Masala with Cashew & Coconut
A classic of South Indian cuisine. Our mango rice dish is rounded off with cashews and coconut, seasoned with a fruity, mild Madras Masala, which we mix in our factory according to a traditional recipe. A culinary delight with a wide variety of flavors!

Preparation: Salt and spices are included, season to taste. Put 3-4 tablespoons of coconut or peanut oil in a pot, add the contents of the packet while the pot is heating, stir briefly with the oil until it smells light. Then pour in 800 ml of coconut milk or water (or 400 ml of water and 400 ml of coconut milk), cover and bring to the boil, then simmer covered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Our recommendation: Serve the finished Madras rice with 2-3 tablespoons of natural yogurt. Enjoy!
