How to use : Put the mouthpiece to your lips. Breathe in through your mouth and out through your nose. Do not breathe out through the device: the moist air dissolves the salt and particles in the air can stick to the salt. Use the inhaler at least once a day for about 20 minutes. You can repeat this several times a day.

THE INHALATOR IS DESIGNED FOR ONE USER. FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, THE SALT IN THE INHALATOR SHOULD BE CHANGED EVERY 2 - 3 MONTHS. IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY SNEEZE OR COUGH INTO THE DEVICE, CHANGE THE SPECIAL SALT.

Cleaning and changing the salt : The sea air inhaler consists of the breathing tube with the salt container. The salt container has a removable base so that the special salt can be easily removed. This makes the breathing device very easy to clean. Hold the inhaler with the breathing opening facing downwards. Turn the recesses in the cover towards the retaining lugs. You can now lift off the base plate and remove the salt. To clean the device, use warm soapy water or simply place the opened inhaler in the dishwasher. Put 1/2 refill pack (60 g) or the removed special salt into the cleaned and dry inhaler. Place the lid with the recesses over the lugs and secure it by turning it slightly.
