
chanterelle cream soup
Finely creamy potato soup with chanterelles and a fine spice mixture. The fine potato flakes are made in Germany from local potatoes. Ideal for quick whole-food cooking.
2 portions - cooking time 3 min.
Preparation: Salt and spices are included, add more seasoning if necessary. Bring 600 ml of water to the boil with a piece of butter, stir the mixture into the water, bring to the boil briefly, and you're done! You can also pour 600 ml of boiling water over it.
Our recommendation: Replace 200-300ml of cooking water with cream (e.g. boil 300ml of cream and 300ml of water). Or refine with approx. 50g of butter and/or 3-4 teaspoons of sour cream. Enjoy!
