
Ratatouille Couscous à la Provence
A real treat - the southern French classic based on a Provencal recipe. Full of character in taste, refined with lavender blossoms. Bay leaves, savory, rosemary, thyme, basil, oregano & lots of fruity vegetables. Can be served warm or cold.
2 portions / 4 side dishes - preparation time 5 min.
Serve warm & cold.
Preparation: Season with salt and spices. Put the mixture in a bowl, bring 500 ml of water to the boil and pour over the couscous with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, leave uncovered for 5 minutes. Can be served warm or cold. It still tastes good the next day!
Our tip: Refine the finished dish with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and a dash of lemon juice. Enjoy!
