

Sicilian Orange Couscous with Olives, Almonds & Fennel
Our Sicilian orange couscous is a real treat for the palate, whether as a snack or main course, our orange couscous awakens refreshing powers. Couscous has been a popular dish in Sicily for centuries and is often served with fish dishes.
2 portions / 4 side dishes - cooking time 5 min.
Can be served hot or cold.
Preparation: Season with salt and spices. Put the mixture in a bowl and stir, place the orange slice in the middle. Boil 400 ml of water and pour over the couscous with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, leave uncovered for 5 minutes. Can be served hot or cold. It still tastes good the next day!
Tip: Sprinkle the finished dish with pistachios and/or pine nuts. Enjoy!
