

Lemon Risotto with Thyme
A true classic of Sorrento cuisine, a lemony, spicy risotto with fine herbs. As a main course or side dish to fish or meat dishes, vegetarian burgers, tofu and much more.
2-3 portions / 4 side dishes - cooking time 20 min.
Preparation: Salt and spices are included, add seasoning if necessary. Put 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, add the contents of the packet while heating, stir briefly with the oil until it smells slightly. Then pour in 800 ml of water, cover and bring to the boil, then simmer covered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Our tip: Refine the finished lemon risotto with a squeeze of fresh lemon. Enjoy!
